Community- and Women-Led
Almost all the people employed by Ikamva Labantu live in the township communities we serve, and 95% of all staff are women. This means we come from the very communities we work to protect, giving us unique insight and expertise into the needs. It also means every cent invested stretches further to uplift these communities.
